Fairchild’s by Golden Valley Vinegar is produced by one of the Northwest’s premier apple cider vinegar makers. Golden Valley Vinegar was established more than two decades ago in Fruitland, Idaho, by veteran cider crafter Roger Fairchild, and over the years we’ve been a major supplier of pure, unfiltered and unpasteurized organic ACV to the industry’s biggest bottlers and distributors, providing our rich, golden, proprietary “with the Mother” product.

Now, we are proud to offer our own Fairchild’s brand ACV. And unlike those companies who’ve depended on our vinegar to fill their bottles, Fairchild’s by Golden Valley Vinegar comes from our own fully-integrated operation. We start by dealing directly with Washington organic apple growers, and we oversee not only the trucking of apples to Idaho but also every step in making our deep golden, pure Organic ACV. Our process uses no concentrate from other countries, no cores, no peels, and no cannery scraps!

Our finished product is pure, organic, raw and unpasteurized ACV “with the Mother.” We don’t dilute, and we are proud to be both USDA Organic and Kosher certified!

The “Us” Lowdown:

In the early 1970s, young Roger worked alongside his Uncle L.C. Fairchild and learned the secret to making a truly unique organic, full-strength Apple Cider Vinegar.

Today, on a hilltop overlooking Fruitland, Idaho, Roger’s company, Golden Valley Vinegar, continues that family tradition. Roger, Owner/President, and his close friend, Lupe Leos, General Manager, and a dedicated crew apply not only L.C.’s methods but also newer technological advancements to ensure every drop of Fairchild’s by Golden Valley Vinegar is the purest, most delicious and healthful ACV available.
