Fairchildโ€™s Vinegar Marinated Chicken Kabobs
Instructions
  1. Whisk vinegar, Italian seasoning, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl until well combined. Place chicken in a shallow dish or 1-gallon sealable plastic bag.
  2. Add the marinade, toss to coat and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours. Remove chicken from the marinade, shake off excess and reserve leftover marinade for basting.
  3. Heat a grill or grill pan. Once hot, place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 5-10 minutes per side, basting each side with the marinate each time it is turned. Do not use extremely high heat as it will burn chicken pieces.
  4. Serve on a bed of rice with your favorite vegetable on the side. Enjoy chicken immediately or let cool, package in storage containers and save for later use.

  1. Preheat oven to 325ยบ F. Prepare bundt pan with nonstick baking spray or by coating with shortening or butter and dust with flour. Remove all excess flour from the pan.
  2. Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add sour cream and then incorporate eggs one at a time. Be sure the egg is well-incorporated before adding another. Add flour, salt, and vanilla. Then, mix in baking soda and then, finally, stir in Fairchild's vinegar.
  3. Pour mixture into prepared bundt pan and bake until a skewer or toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean, about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  4. Cool in bundt pan for about 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Invert on plate and dust with confectioner's sugar.
