FAQ

How do I know I am getting the very best ACV?

Consistency is important. Make sure your brand comes from one production facility and uses apples from one region, and not foreign product. Fairchild’s sources all of its apples from Washington State and produces the vinegar at our Idaho facility, ensuring that our customers receive the same great quality and taste time after time.

When it comes to quality make sure the brand you choose is not made from concentrates, peels, cores, or grounders. At Fairchild’s, we use apples from the tree — our customers receive a TRULY organic product.

Make sure your ACV is produced at a quality facility. Fairchild’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is produced at a state-of-the-art plant in Fruitland, Idaho. Using the best equipment and cutting-edge technology, we create a pristine vinegar that is bottled on-site and distributed to our customers.

And our  Organic ACV is full strength, with no water or additives . You can see the difference in our ACV’s consistently opaque, deep rich color.

I am interested in sustainability? What is Fairchild’s view?

We’re with you! With absolutely no water added, full-strength Fairchild’s by Golden Valley Vinegar delivers 25 percent more pure ACV per bottle, allowing consumers to dilute – or not! – to taste. Undiluted is sustainable – our higher concentration of ACV means less packaging during the process, thus significantly reducing our carbon footprint.

What about Food Safety?

To provide our customers with the highest level of quality, we have implemented the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety. This protocol has the framework to fully manage product safety, integrity, legality, quality and the operational controls to bring you our Fairchild’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.
